Over the last two plus decades Gauri has focused all her efforts at improving marketing efficiency at healthcare and pharmaceutical companies. She has worked at Boehringer Mannheim, Knoll [now Abbott] handling several key brands and at FCB Ulka Healthcare, the specialist pharma marketing arm of FCB Ulka. She has worked on numerous brands across a large spectrum of therapies. She is also a visiting faculty at several B Schools in Mumbai and a much in demand trainer for pharma brand marketing teams. She currently heads a specialist consultancy organization, Innerworld.

Dash headed the ITD marketing for ITC for many years before moving to the organized retail business with the RPG Group. He has set up and run large sales teams as well as large complex organized retail business in F & B, apparels, mobile phones, music etc. He is a certified CEO Coach, serves on several Boards and is a much acclaimed visiting professor at IIM Calcutta and IIM Udaipur

She has built and led strategic initiatives at leading global networks including FCB Ulka, Grey Group, Cogito Consulting, and Interface Communications, shaping brand trajectories for marquee organizations such as Amul, Wipro Consumer Products, Tata Motors, Reliance Telecom, Zee Media, and UltraTech Cement.

Renowned for her insight-led approach, Kavita specializes in translating deep qualitative research, cultural intelligence, and market immersion into high-impact brand positioning, innovation strategy, and content ecosystems. She has led large pan-India and APAC studies decoding consumer behaviour, socio-cultural shifts, and emerging market dynamics to enable future-ready brand growth.

In her recent consulting work, she has guided brands across diverse sectors. For Kansai Nerolac (decorative paints), she led deep market immersion across Tier 2–3 markets to rebuild emotional resonance, developing communication pillars around legacy leadership, regional relevance, and technological superiority. For NuHealth (healthcare & longevity), she helped reposition the brand from a transactional clinic to a category-defining hormonal wellness platform through strategic positioning, messaging frameworks, and ecosystem design. For Life is Beautiful (luxury lifestyle), she drove a full ‘re-luxification’ strategy by clarifying positioning, building a distinctive visual language, and elevating brand perception into a cohesive luxury identity.

She is also Co-Founder of Nudge Sports, a pioneering mental conditioning and sports psychology platform where she shapes brand narrative and category education, and Co-Founder of The Expressionists, an insight-driven consulting venture focused on research & brand strategy, content marketing, and intellectual property creation.

Kinjal Medh is the former head of Strategy Planning for the Draft FCB-Ulka group and Cogito Consulting. He has over four decades of experience in Brand Building and Competitive Strategy across virtually all major product and service categories. 


He was also the Chief Marketing and Chief CSR Officer with the National Stock Exchange. Kinjal is now an independent Brand and Marketing consultant


He has co-authored two books: “Brand Building Advertising - Concepts & Cases: Case Book II” and “INDIA 2061: A look at the Future of India” - a data rich book including a compilation of articles by industry experts. 


He has been on the jury for several industry awards and corporate awards on marketing excellence.

Satish Ramachandran recently retired as an Executive Vice President after 20 years across the IPG ecosystem (FCB Ulka, Lodestar UM, Interactive Avenues), where he wore multiple hats across digital marketing, digital media, healthcare, and CRM/MarTech. He builds brand and growth strategies rooted in data, customer journeys, and one-to-one personalization, and is known for turning marketing into measurable business outcomes. 

Across retail, B2B, auto, BFSI, and healthcare, he has demonstrated impact such as stronger engagement, improved retention through digital/CRM integration, and better ROI. 

He’s been recognized as a Top Digital 100 Maven in the first year of its launch by Impact publications and has served on EMVIE and Effie juries. 

Earlier in his career, he spent 15 years on the client side across sales, marketing, and distribution with leading MNCs including Abbott, J&J, and Reckitt, before moving into digital-led agency roles. 

He now works as a consultant, advising primarily startup clients.

Alumnus of St Stephens and IIM Calcutta, Vasant brings with him over three decades experience in the business of luxury brands. Starting his career with Asian Paints, Vasant moved to Taj Hotels in their projects team, only to move to Titan as one of the early members of the pioneering team. He helped create and build the iconic Tanishq brand and then went on to set up Oyzterbay, a jewellery retail chain. He currently serves as the CEO of Fossil India and is also an independent advisor to several start-ups in the luxury domain.
